NAME OF THE VINEYARD: Vallechiesa.

SOIL: Volcanic.

EXPOSURE: South.

WINE-GROWING METHOD: guyot rows.

YIELD PER HECTARE: 7 tons.

GRAPE HARVEST: hand-picked – from early October.

WINE-MAKING: the grapes are destemmed and undergo a soft pressing, maceration with the skins takes place for about 12/16 hours at 8-10°C, aging on the lees for about 5/6 months.

AGING AND REFINING: 2/3 months in bottle.

COLOUR: straw yellow with bright golden hues

SMELL: intense nose of floral and fruity aromas: jasmine, wild flowers, peach, pear and papaya. Hints of dried fruit and citrus sensations.

TASTE: Fresh, savory and balanced sip, with taste-olfactory returns in line with the smell.

PERSISTENCE: persistent finish

SERVE WITH: spaghetti with seafood and fish skewers
