WINE-MAKING: cold maceration of the grapes without the stalks for 36 hours (6-8°C), fermented (16°C) draining must only.

AGING AND REFINING: steel vats.

COLOUR: slight straw-yellow.

BOUQUET: fresh, floral with acacia and hawthorn hints.

TASTE: fruity, rich and harmonious.
