WINE-MAKING: cold maceration of pressed grapes for 24 hours (8°C).

AGING AND REFINING: in steel vats on fermented yeast for 4 months.

COLOUR: straw-yellow with green reflections.

BOUQUET: elegant, strong with marked tropical fruity scents.

TASTE: fine, elegant, initially fresh and ending with a pleasant sour taste.

SERVE WITH: fish hors d’oeuvre, risottos and soups.
