AVERAGE ANNUAL PRODUCTION: 10,000 bottles.

SOIL: Volcanic.

EXPOSURE: South.

WINE-GROWING METHOD: rows with rammed cordon.

YIELD PER HECTARE: about 8 tons.

GRAPE HARVEST: hand-picked 2nd half of October.

WINE-MAKING: cold maceration of pressed grapes for 48 hours (10C), 22C fermentation with slightly reassemblies, drawing off after 6 days of maceration.

AGING AND REFINING: in steel.

COLOUR: bright red with hints of purple.

BOUQUET: ethereal, with hints of sour cherries and liquorice.

TASTE: fresh, persistent, of good essence and soft.

SERVE WITH: spicy and red meats.

BOTTLE: 0,75 l.
