WINE-GROWING METHOD: rows with rammed cordon.

YIELD PER HECTARE: about 8 tons.

GRAPE HARVEST: hand-picked 2nd half of October.

WINE-MAKING: cold maceration of pressed grapes for 48 hours (10C), 22C fermentation with slightly reassemblies, drawing off after 6 days of maceration.

AGING AND REFINING: in steel.

COLOUR: deep red.

SMELL: fresh, fruity with hints of sour and licorice.

TASTE: ihints of forest fruit, wood, earth, leather, tobacco.

SERVE WITH: soft, round, velvety with balanced tannins.

BOTTLE: 0,75 l.
