WINE-GROWING METHOD: rows with rammed cordon.

GRAPE HARVEST: hand-picked from mid-September.

WINE-MAKING: prolonged cold maceration of the skins (10C for 3 days), aging on the lees for 4 months, native yeast only.

AGING AND REFINING: steel vats.

COLOUR: bright golden robe.

BOUQUET: Perfume opens on intense sensations of Apple Smith and Grapefruit, followed by an elegant floral touch of broom and yellow rose, expressed on a pleasant vegetable trail of Mediterranean scrub.

TASTE: Excellent supply of freshness conjugated with tasty sapid chimes, which well support the mass of the Glyceric.

PERSISTENCE: good

SERVE WITH: Fillets of croaker sauteed with ginger and julienne.
