WINE-GROWING METHOD: rows with rammed cordon.

YIELD PER HECTARE: 7 tons.

GRAPE HARVEST: hand-picked from mid-September.

WINE-MAKING: the grapes are desteped and subjected to soft pressing, prolonged cold maceration of the skins (10C for 12/16 hours), aging on the fine lees for 4 months, use of only native yeasts.

AGING AND REFINING: steel vats.

COLOUR: straw yellow wih brigh golden robe.

SMELL: decided and defined the nose in the perceptions of cotrus fruits and yellowa flowers that wrap, welloy peach, golden apple, plum and hints of aromatic herbs.

TASTE: excellemt enodwment of freshness combined with tasty savory chimes, which well support the glass mass, medium structure and citrus finish.

PERSISTENCE: good

SERVE WITH: Fillets of croaker sauteed with ginger and julienne.
